NEW and Non-empaneled hospitals offer Near Cashless experience to their patients.

GMoney pays the bill in advance as a loan to the patient / policy holder.

Hospitals can seamlessly work on their rack rates and receive treatment costs in advance, eliminating any delays or unexpected deductions.

What are the documents required to register my hospital?

Hospital registration certificate.
Address proof of hospital.
Bank details.
PAN Card.
One ID proof of signatory.
Authority letter/Board resolution.

Will you do a reimbursement case from already cashless empanelled Insurance & TPA with us?

No, we cannot. The rates are already negotiated and finalised with the insurance company, so when we file again for reimbursement, you will get the rates finalised with them already, it might also get rejected.

What is your approval rate and TAT?

Our case approval rate is close to 40% which is amongst the best in industry. Our approval TAT is 30 minutes maximum post receiving documents.

Whom should I connect with in case your RM is unreachable/not responding?

We have a 3-tier support structure
(i) First Point of contact is RM.

(ii) Doctor’s Helpline No. 022- 4936 1234.

(iii) WhatsApp group for escalations wherein our senior team members are present.

Who will bear short payments reimbursed from Insurance?

Its same as cashless facility. The patient/policy holders bears the deductions.
